This plan is available for caged pools only and includes:

  • Brushing
  • Skimming
  • Emptying skimmer and pump baskets as needed
  • Water testing, and chemical balancing.

Vacuuming and filter cleaning are not included. Chemicals are billed separately.

Complete Care Plan

Starting At $125/Month 

Our most popular option for hassle-free pool ownership.

This plan includes:

  • skimming
  • brushing
  • emptying skimmer and pump baskets as needed
  • vacuuming as needed
  • monthly filter cleaning
  • water testing
  • chemical balancing
  • maintenance chemicals
  • visual equipment checks.

Specialty chemicals or treatments are not included.

Please note: additional chemical charges may apply only in the event of severe weather,  hurricanes, or pool leaks that cause significant water dilution.

Premium / Full Concierge Plan

Starting at $185/Month

Our highest level of service for total peace of mind. This plan includes everything in the Complete Care Plan, plus:

  • Vacuuming at every visit for a consistently spotless pool.
  • Priority service scheduling when you need us most.
  • Minor equipment maintenance such as lubricating o-rings and replacing small parts (o-rings, pump baskets, filter baskets, etc.).
  • Seasonal pool inspection with a detailed report and recommendations.
  • Exclusive savings of 5–10% off select major repairs, upgrades, and new equipment.

  • Priority service scheduling after storms or for urgent issues.
  • Minor equipment maintenance included (lubricating o-rings, replacing small parts like basket handles, minor leak patching if possible on-site).
  • Annual “deep clean” filter service (lubricating o-rings, replacing small parts like basket handles, minor leak patching if possible on-site).
  • Seasonal pool inspection & report with recommendations (pump, heater, automation, solar, etc.).
